The essentials for motherhood

Motherhood is a wonderful journey, but we know it also comes with great challenges, doubts, and constant learning. With the aim of supporting families at every stage of their children's growth, Pacific Center invites you to a new and very special edition of Pacific Talks: “Mom’s Toolbox: The Essentials of Motherhood”.

This meeting has been designed as a friendly, practical and conversational space where you will discover the essential solutions that will help you simplify your daily routine, minimize effort and, above all, bring greater peace of mind and confidence to your home from birth to approximately two years of age.

What will you learn at this Pacific Talks?

We will have the participation of two leading specialists who will share valuable tools and answer your main questions:

• Tips for breastfeeding and support tools

  • In charge of: Astrid Lugo (Lactation Consultant).

  • What will we talk about?: You will discover practical tips for successful breastfeeding, how to face this stage with serenity, and what helpful tools are available on the market to simplify your routine and support your baby's development.

• Safe complementary feeding and autonomy

  • In charge of: Lic. Suzette Murillo (Pediatric Nutritionist).

  • What will we talk about?: You will learn how to safely guide your baby's transition to solid foods. Key guidelines for introducing foods, effective techniques for preventing choking, and strategies for encouraging your baby's independence at the table, creating a confident environment, will be shared.

• 9:00 am – 9:10 am. | Registration and welcome.

• 9:10 am – 9:25 am. | Opening of the talk by the moderator and introduction of partner brands and specialists.

• 9:25 am – 10:25 am. | Talk and practical session with Astrid Lugo.

• 10:25 am – 10:30 am. | Introduction to the following presentation.

• 10:30 am – 11:30 am. | Nutrition talk with the Suzette Murillo, Esq..

• 11:30 am – 12:00 pm. | Question and answer session, closing of the day, tasting of snacks and a fun activity with the delivery of gifts from our sponsors.
