On October 21st, Pacific Center hosted the second Pacific Talks – Wellness event, this time focusing on cardiology. The event took place in the 7th-floor garden and featured two renowned experts in the field: Dr. Gregorio De Los Ríos and Dr. Julio Effio.

Dr. Gregorio De Los Ríos spoke about chronic venous insufficiency, a condition that affects the veins in the legs. Dr. Julio Effio, for his part, addressed the importance of knowing your heart's vital signs to maintain cardiovascular health.

As part of the event, Dr. Effio's team provided a healthy eating workshop and free blood pressure and InBody assessments.
