The entry and presence of pets in the common areas of Pacific Center are allowed, provided they are under the custody, care, and responsibility of their owners and always wear their collars.
- Please be aware that pets should not be tied up and left alone at any time.
- Additionally, it's important to note that commercial establishments, restaurants, and offices have the discretion to admit or deny entry to pets. Therefore, we recommend checking with each establishment before bringing your pet inside.
- Maintaining cleanliness on the property is essential. Pets are not permitted to relieve themselves inside the premises. In case of unexpected incidents, it is the responsibility of the owner or caregiver to promptly clean up solid and liquid waste.
- Pets in heat are not permitted on the premises.
- During the complex's business hours, property owners and their dependents are not allowed to have pets with them on the property.
- Owners, caretakers, or guardians of pets are responsible for ensuring their pets' behavior and physical condition. In the event of conflicts between pets (dogs or cats) or the transmission of diseases, owners will be held accountable for compensating those affected.
At Pacific Center, we highly value the presence of your pets and aim to maintain a safe and friendly environment for all. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a harmonious coexistence between pets and other users of our facilities.
