On Saturday, August 24th, as part of Motherhood Month at Pacific Center, expectant mothers participated in a Pacific Fit session with Cinthia Pomaski. The garden on the 7th floor of Pacific Center was transformed into a sanctuary for our expectant mothers.

The prenatal yoga session with Cinthia Pomaski was a unique sensory journey, where gentle movements and deep breathing connected each woman with her baby.

This activity was the penultimate one in our calendar focused on motherhood, where throughout the month we have had the opportunity to share with families and especially with expectant mothers who have taken advantage of this space created for them at 100%.
