At “Athanasiou” stores we believe that quality ingredients are the biggest factor in producing the perfect result. We insist on the best local raw material for our creations. We use supreme quality chocolate and fresh milk in all of our recipes. We also prefer what is in season and also avoid chemicals and additives.
The main point of our philosophy is transparency in the production process of our products. All of our stores are designed with a large production area that is visible, so our customers can see our insistence on quality and freshness up close, take part in the production process and continue to enjoy our pastries in the store.
